7.N.2.4 Raise integers to positive integer exponents.


In a Nutshell

When raising a base to an exponent, n, the base is multiplied by itself n times. Positive bases will always result in positive solutions. Negative bases result in a positive solution when the exponent is even and a negative solution when the exponent is odd.
